The Company

Wolfington Companies is a full-service real estate investment and development company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  We operate and manage over one million square feet of commercial space and have successfully developed over 5,000 acres of residential, industrial, office, and retail real estate in the northeastern United States, including a golf course and performing arts center.

Our land development team focuses on local township approvals in subdividing large undeveloped parcels of land.  Once full approvals are obtained for the proposed development parcels, our marketing team focuses on sales to national and regional builders.

Marketing & Leasing

Marketing is the cornerstone of any venture's success.  Wolfington Companies' in-house marketing team maintains relationships with brokers that specialize in the communities they serve, local Chambers of Commerce, local government, and area business leaders.  These relationships form the network that we utilize to source leads and consummate deals.

Land Development

Wolfington Companies acquires land where sustainable growth can be demonstrated with a defined exit strategy of land lease or sale to third party. Wolfington Companies' land development team works closely with townships to complete the land development process efficiently and with the community agenda in mind.

At Wolfington Companies, we oversee the entire construction and development process of all our properties. Through our extensive network of contractors, architects, engineers, and professionals, we ensure a smooth and efficient process. We have completed build-to-suites for national retailers, historic renovations, publicly bid construction and land planning for large mixed-use developments.
