John Wolfington
Mr. Wolfington is a principal in the firm whose primary responsibilities include acquisitions, public funding, and coordination of leasing and marketing, and new business development. Mr. Wolfington has extensive relationships with local, state and federal government and has arranged millions of dollars of public funds. He has also sponsored the acquisition, leasing, and development of several million square feet of commercial real estate.

Paul Olsen
Mr. Olsen is Vice President of Finance and Operations. His responsibilities include: management of project investments, property acquisitions, and handling outside affairs with financial institutions. He studied business at Palm Beach College and prior to joining the Wolfington Companies, Mr. Olsen was the owner of Olsen Leasing Corporation. He resides with his family in Haverford, Pennsylvania.

Richard Almquist
Mr. Almquist is Vice President of Development. His responsibilities include project management, approvals, and development for Wolfington Companies' portfolio. Prior to joining Wolfington, Mr. Almquist was Director of Acquisitions and Development at City Suburban Development, LLC. Mr. Almquist has also served as the Chairman of the Board for the Tri County Area Chamber of Commerce.
